Unlike my previous plugin read-text, this plugin is a custom plugin and will not be added to the WP repository.
Top-Bar Description: By including the 
shortcode in a post, a top bar is added as a fixed bar at the top of your browser window. In this case, links have been added for a specific client which allows the user to navigate between their sister sites.
Paper.li allows you to add up to 10 feeds and aggregates them for you into a very slick website. Updates on a daily bass too!

I successfully produced my first official podcast called the “Country Music PrideCAST” for CountryMusicPride.com. It’s kind of a rough start as far as audio production goes but we were able to pull together a little jingle to go along with the podcast, thanks to The Whipps.
